Reservations are taken online 24 hours a day.

Office hours are 10am-5pm every day.
Availability:
Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible as we tend to fill up months in advance.

We can take reservations 12 months in advance, so feel free to book for your next special occasion, holiday or festival event.

Prices:
Our rate is $145.00/queen or $165.00/king: per night, plus tax, year-round.
Discounts:
We offer an extended stay discount only:
Every consecutive 4th night stayed in the same cottage is $20 off.
Deposit:
A deposit of 1-night is required at the time a reservation is made.
The remaining balance and the tax are due at check in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Cards for the deposit (no checks).
These cards or cash are accepted for the remaining balance upon arrival.
Check-in & out:
- Check in starts at 3pm every day. We close at 5pm.
(If arriving after 5pm, please call the office to make after hours arrangements)
- Check-out is by 11:30am every morning.
Policies:
CANCELLATIONS
- We have a “2-week notice” requirement for canceling, re-scheduling or early departures.
- For a reservation to be considered cancelled, YOU MUST CALL (not email) and obtain a cancellation confirmation.
- We know sometimes things come up at the last minute preventing you from coming.
Please understand that once we have reserved a cottage for you, we take it off the market and refuse all others requests.
Since we rent our accommodations by advance reservations they are extremely difficult to re-book on short notice.
Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business.
Therefore, If for Any Reason, you cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your reservation dates 14 days or less from you arrival date, the deposit is NON-Refundable. (unless we are able to rebook all the nights of your stay to another party)
- Your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 booking fee) if you let us know 15 days or more from the date you are scheduled to arrive that you need to cancel or reschedule.
CHILDREN
- All Treehouses are for 2 Adults Only.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate children in any of the treehouses.
- The Hillside Haven Cottage sleeps 2 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children.
(It does not sleep 4 adults.)
SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our cottages.
You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck.
- If the policy is broken, we will require a cleaning fee equal to a 1-night stay.
PETS
- We do not accept pets of any kind.
- If the policy is broken, we will require a cleaning fee equal to a 1-night stay.
Minimum stay requirement:
There is No minimum requirement for week Days.
We have a 2-night stay requirement for all week Ends (unless only one night is available).
Also, Wed & Thur are booked together for the Thanksgiving holiday and
Dec. 24 & 25 are booked together for the Christmas holiday.
Gift Certificates:
Please call our office with questions or to purchase.
Some things to know:
- A Gift Certificate can be purchased in any amount and can be used toward a stay at Treehouse Cottages and for purchases in Treehouse Gift Shop.
- Certificates do not expire, and all Gift Certificate sales are final.
- The recipient of the gift certificate gets to choose how to use the certificate or when they come, and which room they like best.
- We are booked solid most every night year round. Therefore, the recipient may not be able to redeem their gift right away. (Sometimes 6-12 months notice is required for a weekend or holiday stay)
- Money-back will be given on the certificate as “change” when there is $20.00 or less left on the certificate.
- Otherwise, a new certificate will be issued for any remaining balance if there is more than $20.00 left after the initial use.
Location:
Our Office/Gift Shop is located in Eureka Springs on Highway 62 west, across the street from Bubba’s BBQ, and a few doors down from the Trolley Depot. (*NOTE* GPS and Online mapping systems do NOT work in our area and will more than likely get you lost or take you a very long way around, best to print this map off and bring it with you. Feel free to ask us for directions to Eureka Springs, if you need them.)
Amenities:
Hillside Haven COTTAGE has a double size Jacuzzi tub/shower AND an outdoor hot tub with a view of the flower garden. It also includes all the things listed below. However, it is not a Treehouse, and is not in the forest.
All TREEHOUSES Include
- A double size Jacuzzi bath tub with separate shower
- Wood burning fireplace with furnished “firelogs” (Seasonal - weather permitting, fireplaces are open mid October through early spring)
- Complimentary champagne for our honeymoon & anniversary guests
- Flat screen, HDTV with satellite or cable, Free DVD movie library, WIFI, CD/Radio-iPod station
- Private deck with gas grill (gas provided)
- Kitchens include: dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, foil, coffee, filters, coffee pot, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, sweetener, stove top (NO OVEN), sink, microwave, refrigerator & toaster, dish soap. (There is a grocery store and a health food store nearby)
- For your arrival, complimentary snacks, homemade pumpkin/cinnamon bread and beverages will be in your kitchen
- King or queen bed with Sealy mattress
- Fresh flowers
- Egyptian cotton towels and linens
- Heat , AC and Floor heat
- Iron, ironing board and hair dryer
- Off street parking and Trolley route access
- Irish antiques, leather sofa, Wood floors, Stained-glass windows
