Treehouse Cottages - Eureka Springs, Arkansas Lodging

Reservations:
Reservations are taken ONLINE 24 hours a day OR by phone at 479-253-8667 between 10am-5pm. Please feel free to call or email with any inquiries at info@treehousecottages.com.

Prices:
Our rate is $145.00 - $165.00 per night plus tax, every night, year-round.

Discounts:
We offer and extended stay discount: Every consecutive 4th night stayed in the same cottage is $20 off.

Deposit:
A deposit of 1-night is required at the time a reservation is made. The remaining balance and the tax are due at check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Cards for the deposit (no checks). These cards, or cash, or check, are accepted for the remaining balance upon arrival.

Minimum stay requirement:
There is No minimum requirement for week Days. We have a 2-night stay requirement for all week Ends (unless only one night is available). Also, Wed & Thur are booked together for the Thanksgiving holiday and Dec. 24 & 25 are booked together for the Christmas holiday.

Availability:
Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible as we tend to fill up months in advance. For full UPDATED details on what is available, please check our availability calendar. We take reservations all the way through the end of the upcoming year, so feel free to book for your next special occasion, holiday or festival event.

Check-in & out:

Check in starts at 3pm.
We close at 5pm. (If arriving after 5pm, please call the office to make after hours arrangements)
Check-out is no later than 11:30am.

Location:
Our Office/Gift Shop is located in Eureka Springs on Highway 62 west, right across the street from Bubba’s BBQ, and just around the corner from the Visitor’s Welcome Center/Trolley Office. From here it is approximately ½ mile to the downtown Historic District.

Policies:
CANCELLATIONS

We have a “2-week notice” requirement for canceling, re-scheduling or early departures.
Your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 booking fee) if you let us know 15 days or more from the date you are scheduled to arrive that you need to cancel or reschedule or make changes to your reservation dates.
If for Any Reason, you do so, 14 days or less from you arrival date, the deposit is NON-Refundable. There is also No-Refund on early departures; should you decide to leave a day or more before you’re scheduled “check-out date”, you will still be responsible for the full number of nights you had reserved.

CHILDREN
All Treehouses are for 2 Adults Only. The Hillside Haven Cottage sleeps 2 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children. (It does not sleep 4 adults.)

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our cottages. You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck. If the policy is broken, we will require a cleaning fee equal to a 1-night stay in that cottage.

PETS - We do not accept pets of any kind.

Parking and Accessibility: All cottages have their own parking space. Please call and make arrangements if extra parking is needed.

Hillside Haven Cottage is located on street level. There are no stairs to climb unless the loft bedroom on the 2nd floor is needed.
Cedar Shade Treehouse, Hidden Oak Treehouse and Hideaway Treehouse, all have 2 flights of stairs and a path with a boardwalk to get to the front door.
Bungalow Treehouse, Towering Pines Treehouse and Whispering Wood Treehouse each has 1 flight of stairs to get to the front door at the top.
Lofty Lookout Treehouse has an elevated boardwalk with just a few stairs to the top.

Upon arrival, complimentary snacks and beverages will be in the kitchen

Kitchens include: dishes & utensils, stove top (No oven), microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot & toaster
During the season, we furnish “firelogs” for the fireplaces
Gas barbeque grills
Iron, ironing board and hair dryer
