We can take reservations 24 months in advance, so feel free to book for your next special occasion, holiday or event.
Our rate is $149.00/queen
: per night, plus tax, year-round.
We offer an extended stay discount only:
Every consecutive 4th night stayed in the same cottage is $20 off.
A deposit of 1-night
is required at the time a reservation is made. For a booking of 5 days or more
, a 3-night deposit
is required and must be made through the office at 479-253-8667.
The remaining balance and tax are due at check in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit Cards.
When booking for a group, please book each cottage reservation separately...
We require a deposit for each cottage reservation.
Check-in & out:
Check-in starts at 3pm
every day. We close at 5pm.
(If arriving after 5pm, please call the office to make after hours arrangements) Check-out is 11:30am
Honeymoon and Anniversary Packages
We provide a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider and chocolates for our guests celebrating a
honeymoon or anniversary for a $14.00 added charge.
For this added package, please click on Specials, then Add to your reservation and specify in the Preferences section whether you would prefer the champagne or sparkling cider. You must be 21 or over to receive the champagne.

A Gift Certificate can be purchased in any amount and can be used toward a stay at Treehouse Cottages. All Gift Certificate sales are final, and have a 3 year expiration. Please be aware that our calendar books up usually 6+ months in advance; the recipient may not be able to redeem their gift certificate right away.
All policies apply to gift certificate reservations.
We have a "14 DAY NOTICE POLICY
" for cancelling, re-scheduling or early departures. TO CANCEL A RESERVATION A PHONE CALL TO OUR OFFICE MUST BE MADE 479-253-8667. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Therefore, if for any reason, you cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your reservation dates 14 days or less from your arrival date, the deposit is NON-Refundable.
Your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 processing fee) if you let us know 14 days or more from the date you are scheduled to arrive that you need to cancel or reschedule. No refunds for early departures; entire reservation will be charged. A RESERVATION FOR 5 OR MORE DAYS MUST BE CANCELLED ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.
For "NO SHOWS" and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS the entire reservation will be charged to your account.
All Treehouses are for 2 Adults Only.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your reservation, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE..please do not send an email.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate children in any of the treehouses.
The Hillside Haven Cottage
sleeps 2 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children.
(It does not sleep 4 adults.)
No Smoking or Pets:
We have a strict No Smoking policy (on the deck only) as well as No Pet policy.
A $150.00 cleaning fee is charged if policy is breached. We will be glad to recommend pet friendly accommodations.
Minimum Stay Required:
A 2 night minimum is required on weekends
–Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun (unless only one night is available). For Memorial and Labor Day weekends, a 2 night minimum is required - Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon. For Thanksgiving holiday, Wed/Thurs is booked together, and Christmas holiday, 12/24 and 12/25 are booked together.
