Please note, your card on file will be charged your remaining balance on your arrival date. Please make sure we have your current payment information prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS: We have a 14 day cancellation policy for canceling, rescheduling or early departures. TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE at 479-253-8667. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Therefore, if for any reason, you cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your reservation dates less than 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, reschedule or change your reservation 14 days or more from your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 processing fee). NO SHOWS OR SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED FOR ENTIRE STAY. Please retain your cancellation email as verification of your request to cancel. No refunds for early departures; entire reservation will be charged. A SINGLE RESERVATION FOR 5 OR MORE DAYS MUST BE CANCELLED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE and ALL GROUP RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, to receive a refund. MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED: A 2 night minimum is required (unless only one night is available on our calendar). For Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday and Thursday are booked together and a 3 night minimum for the Christmas holiday - 12/24, 12/25 and 12/26 are booked together. NO SMOKING OR PETS: We have a strict NO SMOKING (smoking allowed on your deck) and NO PET policy. A $150.00 cleaning fee is charged if policy is breached. We are happy to recommend pet friendly accommodations. CLEANING FEE: If excessive cleaning is needed, a $150 cleaning fee is charged. CHILDREN: ALL TREEHOUSES ARE FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate children in any of the treehouses. Our Hillside Haven Cottage sleeps two adults or two adults and two children. (It does not sleep four adults). RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are taken online 24 hours a day. Please feel free to call 479-253-8667 or email at info@treehousecottages.com with any questions. Office hours are 10am-5pm every day.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS:

If a cottage is already booked, it will show OCCUPIED on our reservation page. If it is available, it will show BOOK and you will be able to book your reservation on our website. If it shows CALL US, only one or some of the nights you are requesting are available. Be sure to check out www.eurekasprings.org for a schedule of events during your stay. As always, please don't hesitate to call our office with any questions you may have.

AVAILABILITY:

Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible as we tend to fill up months in advance. For full UPDATED details on what is available, please check our availability calendar. We can take reservations 24 months in advance, so feel free to book for your next special occasion, holiday or event.

PRICES:

Rates are $149/queen, $169/king (Dec-Feb)

$159/queen, $179/king (Mar-Nov), plus tax.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 1-night is required at the time a reservation is made. For a booking of 5 days or more or a group reservation, a 3-night deposit is required and must be made through the office at 479-253-8667. The remaining balance and all nights of tax are due at check in.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit Cards.

*When booking for a group, please book each cottage reservation separately...We require a deposit for each cottage reservation.

*If booking a reservation for another guest, please know the card used for deposit will also be used to pay the remaining balance if not changed prior to the guest's arrival.

HONEYMOON AND ANNIVERSARY PACKAGES

We provide a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider and chocolates for our guests celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary for a $18.00 added charge. For this added package, please click on Specials, then Add to your reservation and specify in the Preferences section whether you would prefer the champagne or sparkling cider. You must be 21 or over to receive the champagne.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

A Gift Certificate can be purchased for a single or multiple night stay at Treehouse Cottages. All Gift Certificate sales are final and have a 3-year expiration. Seasonal rates do not apply on Gift Certificate purchases. Gift certificates may NOT be redeemed for cash. Please be aware that our calendar books up usually 8+ months in advance; the recipient may not be able to redeem their gift certificate right away. Please call our office for rates, questions, and purchasing.
